This Master Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") is between Geolify ("we," "us" or "our") and you ("Customer") concerning your access to and use of the Geolify platform and services.By subscribing to Geolify, you agree to these Master Subscription terms, which supplement our general Terms of Service.

This Agreement governs the relationship between you and Geolify regarding the Subscription Services. By purchasing a subscription, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.

2. Subscription Services

2.2 PayPal Integration

Payments are processed via PayPal. You agree to PayPal's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy during the checkout process.

2.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.

3. Fees and Billing

Subscription Fees: Fees are charged in advance based on your selected plan.

Payment Terms: Payments are due immediately upon the start of each billing cycle.

Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes related to your subscription.

Customer Data: You retain all rights to the data you provide to the platform.

Data Retention: We retain data according to our Data Processing Agreement.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the services for:

Illegal activities or content
Reverse engineering our AI models
Sharing account credentials
Transmitting malicious code or spam
Violating any third-party rights

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability as outlined in our Service Level Agreement (SLA).

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Term and Termination

By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Effect: Upon termination, your right to access the services ceases immediately.

9. PayPal Integration Details

Third Party Processing: PayPal handles all sensitive payment data; we do not store credit card information.

Payment Data: We only receive transaction confirmations and subscription status updates.

Subscription Management: You can manage your PayPal-based subscriptions through your PayPal dashboard or our platform settings.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Geolify is headquartered.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally and will notify you of major changes.
