Accepted Answer

A brand is one unique domain and brand identity in a Geolify workspace. Multiple pages or subdomains under the same brand count as one, as long as they share the company/site identity. Separate client websites or separate business identities each count as a separate brand.

What happens when I hit my monthly audit limit?

Accepted Answer

Audits pause at the monthly limit until the next billing cycle, unless audit credits are added. Geolify does not auto-charge overages. Teams that regularly need more audits can either add audit credits or move to a higher plan matching their usage.

Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime?

Yes. Upgrades apply when more brands, audits, prompts, or team capacity are needed. Downgrades and cancellations apply at the next billing cycle, keeping current plan access predictable. Enterprise plans may follow separate terms depending on contract and support requirements.
