These supplemental terms govern payment processing for Geolify subscriptions and supplement our Master Subscription Agreement.

1. Payment Integration

1.2 Currencies and Taxes

All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your subscription.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Right of Withdrawal

You have a legal right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase.

2.2 Exceptions

Withdrawal rights do not apply if you have already used the service to generate detailed reports or audits.

3. Chargebacks and Disputes

You agree to contact us before initiating any chargeback or dispute with your payment processor.

3.2 Consequences

Initiating an unauthorized chargeback may result in:

Immediate suspension of your account
Permanent ban from future services
Recovery of legal and administrative fees
Reporting to credit bureaus
